The conversations software leaders don't have on stage

Where operators compare what’s changing right now.

New for 2026, Tabletalks are small, closed-group roundtable discussions for AI & B2B software companies, where founders and senior leaders openly share what’s actually happening inside their companies as AI reshapes software.

Tabletalks at SaaStock USA will be the largest roundtable program for the AI & B2B software community in the US, enabling AI & B2B software attendees to network and learn from each other like never before.

What is a Tabletalk?

5-8 operators. 1 problem. 50 minutes.

Not just listening to opinions, but comparing live experiments.

Individuals can join up to 2 Tabletalks and pick from multiple topics that cover some of AI & B2B software’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.

Why they matter now

The hardest questions in software don’t have public answers:

  • When does your product become an AI feature?
  • Should you charge for AI or include it?
  • What churn signals are new?
  • Are customers consolidating tools?
  • What are buyers actually asking in deals?

Tabletalks offer a unique setting to find the answers with peer-to-peer discussions.

Come with a question you’re actively struggling with. Leave with tested approaches, mistakes to avoid and perspective.

Peer-led roundtable discussions

Confirmed Tabletalk topics:

How to build, deploy and manage AI agents for real ROI

How to get your pricing right: outcome-based vs what you're probably getting wrong

The future AI marketing playbook: how to build systems you can repeat and scale

Are we building a product or becoming someone else's feature?

The sales clinic: improving deal velocity, meeting buyer expectations and using AI without killing trust

How often should you reassess PMF in a fast-moving AI market?

How to build messaging that doesn't sound like every other AI platform

AI, creators, and founder-led influence: what’s actually moving B2B buyers

How to orchestrate a strong exit: assessing readiness, deal structuring and avoiding pitfalls

Make WAVES: a conference connection playbook for women founders and executives

Who should join?

These are operator discussions. Best suited for founders, finance leaders, product leaders, and GTM leaders. They are not designed for passive attendees or selling.

How to participate

All Startup, Scaleup and Hosted Buyer ticket-holders can participate in Tabletalks. You will complete a short profile, select the topics you’re interested in, and provide your availability. Our algorithm will create your preliminary Tabletalks schedule, which you simply accept to confirm.
