Joining the Meetup Program

All SaaStock attendees who register by 20 March, can participate in Meetup to make meaningful connections with the entire SaaStock community, including:

Each attendee can join up to 16 meetings, limited only by availability and mutual interest. All meetings are double opt-in (both people agree to meet each other) and held at 400+ tables in a dedicated meeting space during dedicated Meetup hours (you won’t need to miss agenda sessions to do meetings).

How it works

The entire process of scheduling Meetup Meetings is automated using our technology platform (powered by the same provider as Shoptalk, Fintech Meetup and other leading conferences). You complete a short profile, mark your availability, request meetings, and opt in to meeting requests. Our algorithm schedules high-quality, double opt-in meetings based on mutual matches as well as your interest level and availability. You won’t need to miss any content for Meetup meetings.

FAQs

Is Meetup available to all attendees?

Yes! Any SaaStock attendee who is registered by 20 March can participate in the more than 12,000 meetings we will be facilitating at no additional cost.

You’ll need to complete a profile detailing your organisation and goals, review other participants’ profiles to request meetings, and then opt in to meeting requests you receive. Once we understand who wants to meet with who, the maximum number of meetings are automatically scheduled and calendar invites are sent. The final step is to attend your pre-arranged meetings on-site at SaaStock.

It won’t happen! All meetings are double-opt-in, meaning for a meeting to be scheduled, both parties must have expressed interest in meeting each other.

Hosted Meetings are a specific type of one-to-one meeting within the Meetup Program, primarily aimed at connecting solution providers with qualified AI & SaaS Scaleup and Startup attendees.. These attendees have purchasing influence for technologies and other solutions and receive a complimentary SaaStock ticket and travel reimbursement (up to $400) in exchange for taking a set number of Hosted Meetings. For solution providers, Hosted Meetings are the most effective way to generate qualified leads and fill their sales pipeline at SaaStock. They’re fully pay-for-performance – meaning no risk if we can’t schedule all your Hosted Meetings.

Founders and C-Suite leaders from AI & SaaS Startups and employees from Scaleups can apply for a complimentary Hosted ticket, which includes all SaaStock ticket benefits and access to the Meetup program, plus up to $400 in hotel/travel reimbursement. 

To qualify, startups must have an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $1m – $10m, and scaleups must have an ARR of $10m+. Additionally, applicants must be responsible for purchasing decisions for technologies and solutions within their organisation and agree to take up to four 15-minute Hosted Meetings with participating sponsors.

Each one-to-one meeting within the Meetup Program, including Hosted Meetings, is 15 minutes long. This duration is ideal for an initial introduction and to determine if there’s a greater opportunity for future collaboration. Crucially, all Meetup and Hosted Meetings are scheduled during dedicated hours, meaning you will not miss any main content sessions or agenda items.

All Meetup participants can have up to 16 meetings 

    • For Hosted Startup and Scaleup attendees: you are required to take up to four 15-minute onsite Hosted Meetings with participating sponsors. In addition to these Hosted Meetings, you can also join non-hosted meetings with anyone for any reasons, such as investors (up to 16 meetings in total). Your non-hosted meetings can be with investors, media, other AI & SaaS companies…anyone at SaaStock!

The Meetup Program facilitates a wide range of connections across the AI & SaaS ecosystem. This includes meeting with startups, scaleups, VCs and other investors (for funding or capital raising), solution providers (for discovering new tools or pitching products), media and press (for publicity), potential partners, and even future employers or acquisition targets. The “connections with purpose” approach aims to help attendees move their business objectives forward efficiently.
